Darlings, it is the summer here and it is hot! So let me give you so tips about how to keep cool. Speaking mostly to women:
1. Carry something to fan with in your purse; you never know when you will be stuck somewhere outside and need to fan yourself.
2. Wear as little as the law allows. Not only is this cool, it's sexy and might just get you some major attention.
3.Drink! Drink! Drink! Liquids keep you cool and hydrated it can taste good too.
4. Do not wear much make-up. Nothing looks worse than make-up melting and smearing down your face as you sweat.
5. Go on a diet! The less of you there is the sooner you will cool off.
